Physical Sensations You May Experience
During your first Breathwork session, you may feel unfamiliar physical sensations like tingling, temperature changes, or lightheadedness. These are normal and tend to subside as you progress through the session. Rest assured, as your certified Breathwork instructor I will be there to support you.

Our Breathwork sessions are designed to provide a deeply transformative experience in a comfortable, intimate environment. Sessions typically take place in a dimly lit space with healing music that enhances your connection to the process. For those who prefer a more open setting, we also offer sessions in a well-lit space. This nurturing atmosphere ensures you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
Each session begins with an introduction, where we explain what to expect and guide you into a grounded state through natural breathing, intentional breathing for over 8 minutes, followed by a meditative state. This creates a calming and immersive experience that allows for deep self-exploration and healing.
What to Bring to Your Breathwork Session
Breathwork is a sacred practice that requires intention and respect for both yourself you and the experience. To make the most of your session, we recommend limiting food and water intake to at least two hours beforehand. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax fully and engage deeply in the process. Below is a list of items to bring to ensure a comfortable and supported experience:
For In-Person Sessions:
- Set a clear intention before your session begins.
- Ensure your stomach is empty to allow the free flow of energy through your body.
- Wear loose clothing
- Avoid kinking your neck, as it may block the natural flow of energy.
As your Breathwork Facilitator, I will guide you through the active breathing process, meditative release, and the post-session reflection, where you’ll have time to rest and process your experience.
