Working barefoot. It was really hard to get used to, but I love it. Also, being surrounded by so many amazing women.

I’m 6 feet tall. I’m usually sitting behind the desk and computer, so most people don’t realize.

- IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare)
- HSUS (Humane Society of the United States)
- Consumers Union (an independent, nonprofit testing and information organization serving only consumers)
In my spare time I like to:
Cook. I believe in “clean eating,” which entails a bit of extra time and creativity in the kitchen.
For fun, I am happiest:
Being anywhere outdoors, whether it is the city, mountains, beach, or my own backyard.

I am an advocate for American pit bull terriers. I am also an avid board game player, particularly backgammon and Scrabble.

I recently spent three weeks in Australia climbing bridges and scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef.

Doing all the different types of massage, especially traditional Thai and Lomi Lomi. Also, I love working with such a wonderful group of people and meeting a lot of really nice clients. It’s a very rewarding job to help people become healthy,

Bucks Opportunity Council, through which I have sponsored families at Christmastime. I have also volunteered on a “Women’s Build” project with Habitat for Humanity.
In my spare time I like to:
Do yoga, pilates and work out with weights and cardio exercises. I love music and live concerts. I really enjoy movies and going to art museums.
Something that might surprise my clients about me is:
I’m a very meditative person. I believe that breathwork is one of the most important exercises for optimum health and wellbeing. That’s where massage, yoga and exercise come together with meditation for a complete mind/body/spirit union, so we can connect to our true inner selves. That, I believe, is our ultimate goal.
