Serenity Day Spa is now offering spa party packages. Please note that this form is a request only and will be followed up with a phone call to confirm scheduling. Availability may be limited based on the size of your group and day of choice. Please give us as much notice before your requested appointment time as possible.
If you haven't visited Serenity before, please download this Intake Form, complete it and bring it with you to you. You will need one for each new guest.
